When you purchase a product in our online store, the option to enter your VAT/tax number is provided at the top of the window when you are entering your credit card details.
If the option to Enter VAT ID is not visible, you may need to update your country.
If you need to add a VAT or Tax ID number to your current and future receipts, please submit a ticket with your order number and VAT number or tax exempt certificate included. Our Customer Care team can assist with next steps.
