I Can't Find My Order

Problem

I purchased Snagit or Camtasia. But when I sign in to manage.techsmith.com, I don't see them on my Dashboard or in my order history.

Solution

This might happen if you placed an order for Snagit, Camtasia, or a Bundle license over the phone or through one of our resellers.

Try the Keys tab. You should see your software key along with subscription ID (formerly maintenance ID) and renewal date.
