If you have a business license subscription: Please submit a ticket.
If you have an individual license subscription: Your license is linked to the email address it is purchased with and is not transferable.
If you have a perpetual license: You can transfer your license from one user to another or one computer to another by uninstalling on the old computer and reinstalling on the new computer using the same software key. See this support article.

If you purchased the product in our online store: Please submit a ticket.
If you purchased a product directly, follow these steps to fully hand over subscription management:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
- Make sure that all of your invoices are paid (even if they are not related to the subscription that you are trying to transfer). See Pay an Invoice for a Direct Order.
- Select the subscription. If you purchased two or more products together, they all will be transferred.
- Select Manage subscription > Transfer subscription.
- Enter the new email address.
- The person whose email you entered will need to go to their inbox and confirm that they accept the transfer.
Until then, the subscription remains with you, and you can cancel the transfer.
By following the steps above, you will fully transfer the control over the subscription and will not be unable to access the subscription anymore.
- To only delegate the permission to assign product seats to end users, you can add a seat manager and remain in charge of subscription updates and renewals.
- Or, if you need to simply change the end user of the product, re-assign a product seat.
