If you purchased a cloud product subscription, instead of assigning seats yourself, you can add multiple seat managers whose sole responsibility will be to assign seats to end users:

As for the Snagit or Camtasia individual subscription, it is for individuals only and is not transferable.
How to add a seat manager?
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Seats tab.
- Locate the subscription for which you need to add a seat manager.
- Select Seat managers and add an email of a person who should become the seat manager.
- An email message will notify them about their new seat manager status, and they can use the link in the email to assign seats.
You may have several products under one subscription ID.
If you add a seat manager for the subscription, they will be able to manage seats for all of the included products.
To add different seat managers for every product, select a product first, and then add a seat manager.
What can a seat manager do?

Can assign seats in exactly the same way as you BUT only for the subscription where you added them. If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to add seat managers for each one separately. |

Can stop being a seat manager at any time. |

Are limited to only allocating access to products. They will not be able to see any additional details about the subscription in other tabs. Subscription owner remains the only one who can make new purchases, cancelations, and renewals. |
