(Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Why Can't I Add All Products to the Same Subscription

Example

You purchased a multi-seat Assets for Snagit subscription on a yearly basis, and you are responsible for managing the subscription (purchases, cancelations, renewals, and others).

You would now like to purchase a multi-seat Video Review subscription and choose another person to manage it.

Description

Do not add Video Review to your subscription that contains Assets for Snagit. Instead, contact Sales to create another subscription, and then transfer this subscription to a new owner.

Example

You purchased a multi-seat Audiate subscription on a monthly basis, and would now like to purchase a multi-seat Knowmia Pro subscription.

Description

• You can purchase Knowmia Pro on a monthly basis within the same subscription. See (Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Purchase Additional Products.
• If you would like to purchase Knowmia Pro on a yearly basis, contact Sales to create another subscription.

Example

You purchased a yearly multi-seat Assets for Snagit subscription (October 10, 2021–October 09, 2022). You would now like to purchase a yearly multi-seat Assets for Camtasia subscription.

Description

• At any time during October 10, 2021–October 09, 2022, you can add Assets for Camtasia to your subscription on a yearly basis.
  Both products will remain active until October 09, 2022, and you can choose whether to renew each product for another year or let it expire. See (Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Purchase Additional Products.
• If you need to purchase Assets for Camtasia with expiration date other than October 09, 2022, contact Sales to create another subscription.

Example

You purchased a yearly multi-seat Assets for Snagit subscription. You would now like to purchase a yearly multi-seat Assets for Camtasia subscription.

Credit card was used to purchase the subscription

If you purchased Assets for Snagit with a credit card set as the primary payment method, you can set a different credit card as the primary payment method to purchase Assets for Camtasia.

However, you cannot purchase Assets for Camtasia with a purchase order within this subscription.

Instead, contact Sales to create another subscription, set a purchase order as the primary payment method, and purchase Assets for Camtasia.

Purchase order was used to purchase the subscription

If you purchased Assets for Snagit with a purchase order, you cannot set a credit card as the primary payment method to purchase Assets for Camtasia.

Instead, do one of the following:

• Leave the purchase order set as the primary payment method and purchase Assets for Camtasia.
  Then pay the invoice with a credit card, without setting it as the primary payment method. See (Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Purchase Additional Products.
• Contact Sales to create another subscription, set a credit card as the primary payment method, and purchase Assets for Camtasia.

Example

You purchased five Audiate seats on a monthly basis (August 28–September 27, 2021). You would now like to purchase two additional Audiate seats.

Description

• At any time during August 28–September 27, 2021, you can purchase two additional Audiate seats on a monthly basis. All seven Audiate seats will remain active until September 27, 2021. See (Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Purchase Additional Seats.
• If you need to purchase two additional Audiate seats with a different expiration date, on a yearly basis, or to be managed by another person, contact Sales to create a new subscription under a different account.
