While the Sales team is creating your multi-seat subscription, you need to provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate to the team. During the time when your certificate is valid, for all of your multi-seat purchases, the tax amount will be USD 0.00.
Before each new purchase, our Sales team will need to check if your certificate is still valid. This is why we ask you to contact Sales if you need to:
- Purchase additional products on a multi-seat basis.
- Purchase additional seats on a multi-seat basis.
- Renew your multi-seat subscription.
